    Neck problems

So today I woke up and followed my routine as usual, getting ready for school. When putting on some clothes I turned my head and neck and it stuck.

When I turn it to the right it sears pain. I can't do anything without tilting my head to the left, stretching out my neck. I need help! I've been applying heat and cold and trying to massage my neck but nothing seems to help! I think one of my neck muscles is tightened but how do I loosen it?!?!

    Please help.

someone already has a thread about neck problems ironically. actually its 2 posts ahead from yours...(http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1366906)

But just try moving it a little more each hour to get it back into shape.

As I said in the other thread, you've probably just slept funny, you don't have to worry it will go after 2 days to a week.

Heat is the best thing you can do for now, and try not to move it about too much, move a tiny bit, but not if it's painful.
All you can do for now is wait for it to go.

If it persists (you get this problem quite a lot) then say and I can give you a few tips on some muscles that you can exercise that helps your neck. :)
