Naruto!

It's getting better. As a tag, I like it, but there are a few things to improve on.
The lighting is okay I guess, but it could be better ,and used to improve the depth. Also, the right hand side it a bit bland. However, I do like that you finally used the rule of thirds to put naruto on the left third line XD.

 

It looks like the base of a tag. They're no effects, little flow indication, no lighting (The slight vignette doesn't count as lighting), and it doesn't really follow any of the foundations of a tag. I posted a tutorial in your last thread, take the time to read and study it out and it will help.

 

I'll be adding some wire frames soon.

smudging could be more complex, have more depth and create more flow.

otherwise its decent, render placement and colour choice is ok but it looks too flat

 

Definitely feel that it is too empty and needs some effects. Are you still going with this piece? It's still a great start and you shouldn't ditch it imo
