Kso. I have $95 On my paypal and i'm buying this account. The problem is. Can I send money without a credit card on my paypal. Like the $95 is on my PayPal balance.

 

If you connect it to a Bank Account. Or buy a prepaid Visa. Basically it's a gift card, but acts like a credit card. You could verify your paypal with one. Mastercard might work to. I think I saw one for sell in the Market forum actually.

 

even though u dont have a verified account u can still send money.. just a a slight larger fee, and a limit

 

I use a prepaid Mastercard from 7/11.

 

Take caution with this. I recently thought the same, so I tried to link not 1 but 2 of these Prepaid Credit Cards, but to no avail. So I called PayPal and they told me that they have a new verification system and while some of these cards still work, the majority of them will no longer verify your account, boost your spending limit or even link to your account to begin with.

So be careful when buying these as most of them will not work.

You do not need any credit/visa/bank card to send money.

 

Last time I checked you needed a Credit Card, or at the very least I believe a confirmed address.

Sometimes you get away with Prepaids (as I did) but most of the time it doesn't work.

 

I believe you do if your from the USA

I am sure you can Just buy blank cards from some were on line that work. There called 30 Minute Bank cards or somthing.
