my pass

my pass was stolen right well this account was given to me by a friend and i am not in conact with this friend at the time. I never changed the questions and jagex has declined my pleas for my account back 3 times is there anything i can do

Do you have any members info that they send you in the mail after you subscribe?

 

If you dont know anything about the account, you obviously can't get it back since he was the one who knows everything.

u can say check the IP....If hes been on the account longer he'll get it and u dont have a chance. Thats why they warn you about buying accounts...Also always ask for last pass's and all.

 

Try to get in touch with your friend again he might help you out with this if not try answer all the question of Jagex they might see you are real owner...

 

where is your friend exactly anyway? can't you reach him in any way? like msn, email him, etc.

Put in recovery answers, mem info, passes, email, all other passes you can remember, creation month and year, ip creation etc

 

Well, if the account was just given to you, wouldn't he have the right to take it back? I think he did the smart thing.

 

he doesnt play runescape and i will be able to talk to him monday thanks tho
