That's not bad for your first signature. I like how you didn't stuff it with brushes like the typical beginner would do. Text could be better (if it's just to stop people from ripping, then it's okay I guess). I don't get what the thing is in the top right, and isn't really needed. Face is cut off on the right.
Did you take a render and place it over some green plants?
For your first, 8/10 for creativity.

The face could be blended a lot better on the right, it's VERY harsh cutting...
Don't be afraid to overlap the c4d's and other minor imagery across the main render. The signature overall would benefit if you cropped of the top slightly, and removed about a centimetre from it. Also, avoid leaving completely empty space (such as the white on the right hand side)... placing a background, stock, or texture there as well is something I'd recommend.

For your first signature it is very good Much better than what I see some other members produce.

Not bad, but try to lower the opacity on the white just a little. Text is better, but could still improve (text is really hard).

No delete that haha.
Putting another render just messes up the main focal.

I'm thinking about making the text phase from grey to white.

Tried to make it more subtle, and prevent ripping

 

For the text phasing just use a gradient overlay, Layers>Layer Style>Gradient overlay. If i remember correct. Other then when you added that extra render its loooking good for a begginer.
