Do you have a driver called: RtkHDAud.sys which is a Realtek high definition audio function driver? People have issues with this driver for some reason, you should probably update your drivers. Other then that, I'm not a specialist :S
Realtek has drivers on their websites, they download awfully slow though! 1. Make sure your drivers are up to date 2. Make sure your pc does not overheat
