My Avatar?

Hey, I don't get what is the matter with my avatar... No matter what I do, there is that line. I'm just using plain old MS paint because I want this as my avatar but I'm not exactly. ehhh.. skilled.. in the art of art. If you could tell me how to sharpen it up and/or get rid of the white lines it would be greeeaaatttly appreciated. Thanks!
