Mutli-logging = patched.

Yup. Only 1 method however.

Cant multi-login anymore simply by having 2 different clients, and hitting Click Here To Play at the same time.

They only patched doing it with 2 Runescape clients up.

There are still valid ways to multi-log. Just not as convenient anymore.

Just use another computer or use the unsigned RSBots.net thing.

 

This way was just patched.

It goes by IP. Not by computer. Simply having your laptop by your desktop wont fix it.


Having to tear open a bot just to multi is bothersome.

 

Use a proxy.

 

Im not aware of any proxies that support Java to be able to load runescapes page.

Mind directing me?

I thought it was strange that it would suddenly be patched after years of being able to do it.

Saves me having to get my laptop out every time I want to transfer over my bot loot.

 

Apparently they patched it to prevent what you just said. Transferring bot loot to a main.

I've heard people have been banned for multi-logging and transferring bot loot, however i find it fairly hard to believe.

 

Well, I am constantly running 5+ bots using a signed client (not hidden IP) and transfer my loot over every 2-3 days. I've been doing this since free trade came out, and I am yet to receive a caution or ban.

 

You can still multi log quite easily. Two windows, click login at same time. Simples.

 

Use another computer on the same IP? not so hard mayne.

 

go to www.runescape.com/slu.ws and load the world that your other account is standing in, i'm doing this right now.

 

Not everyone has frequent access to 2 computers at the same time.

Also at my school computers I download a proxy called "Ultrasurf" it supports Java. So you can use that if you'd like but you need to download it.

They'd never let me download a .exe file.

Haha they don't BUT I go to google, search up yahoo proxies, click on the first link, click on a proxy like "icanhasproxys.in" or something similar, then go on google again type in "Ultrasurf" but I don't click enter I just wait for the page to load, click on the Ultrasurf link and download it . Kind of complicated explaining it haha

 

If only it was that simple at my school.

I would estimate upwards of 80% of all sites are filtered, you can not run any files other than picture files and documents such as word and excel. You also can't run anything from a memory stick, there really is no way around it.. The only thing I can do is play .swf flash games through my memory stick.. Which kind of sucks..
