He claims that his paypal was hacked, and the hacker refunded 3,079$. Below is a link to a similar report, which I believe is the same person, claiming that they voluntarily refunded 3,079$ to Arcus after issues with their bank:

I believe there might be a relation between these two people, and with a changing story, I believe Murken93 may be trying to scam. Please look into this mods.
