More Moderators?

It's been 2 weeks since i reported a scammer with video proof and pictures. I was scammed $60 via PayPal and my chargeback was denied for no reasons so im fucked up now. I at least want this asshole banned right away.

Is it normal that this takes so long?

EDIT: I understand Admins/Mods job and i know its time consuming, but scam reports shouldn't take so long to be reviewed this guy could be scamming more people.

Alright thanks for your reply, even if this doesn't get approved i still want Mods to know about my situation maybe here they will read it. Sythe should really take a look into this, because scammers will have multiple chances of scamming before getting banned. So if it's not more mods something else should be done.
