MMing and RSGP Rollbacks

If I take a video while middlemanning a trade, and in the middle of the mm GP that I'm holding gets rolledback, will I be held responsible?

 

Depends, you have to have both traders agree if you have proof of it then you won't be held responsible.

 

Only if the terms of service (although cant be stated on the thread for obvious reasons) are given at the start of the trade and both parties agree.

E.g. "If a rollback occurs during the trade and sufficient evidence is supplied, I am not held liable."

Only if they agree and you do have evidence of it occuring will you not be held liable.

 

Before my trades I write this disclaimer:
"!DISCLAIMER!
I am not responsible for any bans/resets/wipes during this trade. The whole transaction will be recorded and documentated. Do you both agree?"
After both parties agree I continue trade, I suggest you to do that, because if you dont and you don't have video proof you'll need to refund from your own pocket which is sick in my opinion.
Video must show the moment where you are getting kicked from account and you login with no gold.
