Required Stats: 70+ ranging, 70+ Defence, 60+ prayer

Required INV: 18 super restores, 3 ranged pots 100-150 purple sweets, 6 saradomin brews

Cost: Free depending on skills

Training

I will only train stats 40+ i will not train Defence pures or obby maulers

Cost: 2gp/xp

Defenders

stats:70+ att, str, def

Supply: Full rune, d scim, whip, Full armour mith+

Cost: eacher defender is 25k so 175k​
