    If you post say 20 times within 7 days, does that mean the rank (in this case the community participant rank) will last for two weeks? I had the com participant rank, and had more than 10 posts, however it's now gone.

    Edit: the community participant rank is only within the 'Our community' subforum, correct?

    Probably because it was launched and then already has stopped working for some people. If Matthew were to simply come here and post that he's onto fixing the system, then that would be good - but no. He'd rather us just continue to post on this thread. -.-

    You can post all you like. The system works fine. Notice all of the people with the mini ranks? That doesn't happen by itself and I don't have any error logs. Perhaps you're not understanding how the system works? Maybe you're posting in a subforum which isn't counted for the purposes of miniranks? Any number of things could be happening.

    It's obviously not working if people like me are not getting mini-ranks? I have 700 referrals over the past week and way way way over 15 posts in the spam forum so there has to be something wrong -.-
