Mining vs Cloud mining

Hello,

I have some cash laying over and i was going to buy an expensive car but i though i would buy less expensive one and invest like $5000-16000 usd into crypto currency,

There is three ways to do this

1- Actual mining, build my own rig to mine through GPU's [ Electricity cost 0.17 USD per kilowatt. ] <- I think its risk free
2- Cloud mining, using website like [ hashflare.io <- is it trustable? im not sure ] <- I think its Risky
3- Invest in coins and hold them for sometime. <- Less risky IMO


so please help me out guys or should i just invest them in reality.

 

IMO 50% into mining and 50% into investing into coins.
