I searched his e-mail in sythe's search bar, and this is the name I found, x0rohaili0x. I believe he is a ban evader due to responses from the people on the thread he posted on in 2009. He has 1 post. He has been inactive since October of 2009. He tried to send me to a fake URL to the Runescape forums. You can see from the pictures the differences in the URLs.
