I messaged meteor a day or two ago with a problem I had with someone I did a service for, pretty much asking for advice. Meteor responded very fast, and had very detailed answers. I had tried reaching out to a few staff members online not knowing what to do and was worried about doing the right thing,thankfully meteor was very swift in his response and made my day 100x less stressful. As a new sythe user it makes me feel at ease that staff here responds to questions promptly. 10/10 staff member here!
