Merching sets

hey guys does anyone know if merching sets still works?

idk if its considered "merchanting" but couldn't people like buy a set then sell its components and make money or something like that?

does it still even work? thanks

edit: i mean armor sets (addy,rune,etc.)

 

merch them individually
rune armor are 100/4hrs

 

so what do you mean?

as in buy 100 then wait till they go up or what?

 

They used to work really well, thats the method MITD sold in his 'GE Merchanting Guide', doesn't work really well anymore bc so many people leaked it and so many noobs tried it...

alot of people still do this, I dont think its very profitable at the lower end of scale. Maybe sets like dragon may bring in more profit.

 

Yeah you can do it but its little money, hardly worth it.

and i dont remember that in MITD's guide but its been months since i read it maybe ill read over it again and start merchanting heavily
