Is there a restriction on how many memberships you can have on a card or paypal account?

My payment methods suddenly stopped working, paid with paypal for 5 accounts, now I can't pay for any more with either.

 

Do note they changed the paypal paying system for Runescape.
Now you need a card attached to it (such as Visa)

There is no rule for having multiple RuneScape accounts, given' you may purchase as many membership pins as you desire.

If you're unable to purchase a RuneScape pin it is an issue with PayPal, not RuneScape.

 

If paypal is unverified you can only have mems on 1 acc at a time but seeing as you had 5 at a time idk

 

I've tried using 2 separate debit cards and my paypal account that is verified and connected with one of the debits mentioned above.

I was thinking maybe something wrong with my IP? I'm quite lost.
I've even tried to renew my membership on account number 11 and the charge would not go through.

Did you purchase all of these today? Perhaps there is a limit how many you can use a day, or maybe the membership system is down.

 

They're telling me my bank is at fault when I know that's total shit because I tried using two separate banks to purchase membership.

Been 4 days now, I'm starting to rage.

 

Have you tried calling your bank or credit card company?

I work for chase bank and for example.. When you purchase something enough times in a row within a specific time frame (Chase; 6 transactions - 2 weeks - same third party company) your account gets a payment hold on that specific item/company.

I don't know what bank you have but I would suggest you to call them and ask.
