Membership Problem?

Hey guys,

Haven't logged onto RuneScape since the EoC update.

I just logged on now and tried logging into a Member's world.

However this comes up:



I have an active subscription.

I've tried re-logging and tried logging into different Member's worlds, with no success.

I've always been able to log in before the EoC update, so I have no idea why I can't now haha.

Has this just happened to me?

Any answer or solution is appreciated.

I would just email there help center, there really helpful...actually helped me out a few times

Found out I had to update some things.

It did it for me last week, I just closed the client and re-opened 12h later and it worked. I tried multiple accs and it wouldn't log in, but it's super glitchy since updates anyways. Glad to see it was fixed

 

Jagex Are poor idiots, they were not letting people cancel their membership the other day.
