Membership Error

Hey is anyone having problems with entering the code to activate membership from the runescape cards? I recently purchased mine at Gamestop a few days ago and I keep getting the error "Please wait a few minutes to enter the code and try again" I wait three days and still nothing. any help is appreciated thanks

 

I would take it back to Gamestop and state the key does not work, obviously it's already been used or is not valid. If Gamestop say no, then just contact Jagex.

 

Can it be something wrong with the options, is it worldwide? if not you maybe are choosing the wrong country?

 

alright I'll try those out, I tried to contact Jagex but I couldn't see to find the number. i checked and I am using the country I'm in.

 

I don't think there is a number, however their e-mail for billing support is: [email protected]

 

Runescape's membership service for game cards and credit cards (and maybe others) goes down kind of often, just wait a few minutes/days and it will be back.

 

Just wait it out.

Im shure the new "wheel of fortune" add on is really bringing in the codes.
