    Go to the runescape black market under skillers 3-59. The top 10 threads are all bumped by him. He bumps random threads, that he has nothing to do with, just to get his post count up.

    One example of this:

    He bumped this one and all 3 people that had posted anything on it were banned. I don't even think he's reading the threads before he bumps them.
