Post your spec's here first, that might help. Defrag your computer.

    There's your problem.

You want a 3.0+ghz processor triple - six core, for multiple applications. (Quad is great) (Dual may or may not get the job done)
If you choose to buy a new processor AMD Phenom or Intel i3-i7(if you want to spend more) will be good for you.

You also want 8-10 GB of RAM, and possibly a new graphics card?
Graphics card - Brand: Nvidia atleast 1 GB

You should also consider setting up a VPS, which would be cheaper than buying these parts.

A VPS is virtual so you will be alloted the specs you choose to pay for virtually and be able to run your bots off that.

Just saying, but 4gig ram is enough for most people. And GPU VRAM isn't the way to tell if it's good. Near every modern day GPU has 1gig VRAM. You must know nothing about GPU's.

name of cpu and what type of ram, also what hard drive? Another thing to consider is your lanspeed or port speed. Do you pay your provider for 100mbps and have a 100mpbs enabled router?
