1. I have no idea, I doubt it though. Only if you/your parent agree where I live, and the only reason you'd ever be asked is for a sports physical.

2. Yes, this is obviously what they're looking for. I'm not sure what exactly they would do to you, but having it in your system means you failed...

You could bring in fake urine and pass, there's really no humane method to legitly pass a drug test in 24 hours...

3. Classes/rehab...I wouldn't think jail time, i'm actually willing to say i'm 99.9999999% sure you couldn't get anything worse than some method of education about it.

 

If you knew how to read properly, the kids were doing both, they sold them AND ate them.

uhh i knew that >.< that was the point of my post, those guys probably got expelled for the distributing part more than the eating. - since others got off easier for just being high but not selling

this test will only show that its in your system, that doesn't mean your a drug dealer.

correct me if im wrong, but i hear/read it can take up to a month to become non-detectable.

But at my school since it's a charter school you'll get kicked out fot here's THC in your system lol. At my regular school nothing would happen.

 

1. Can schools even give you random drug tests, well in newzealand they cant but they can get drug dogs to come sniff around once and awile

2.If they can is there any punishment for having THC in your system. (not possessing it, just having it in your system) nope unless ur trying to go for a job or something might hurt ur chances of that

 

In a school though weed would probably be on the top of things to look for.

 

MJ usage isn't as prominent as you would think, they are now looking for things like Tabs, Oxies, and the other forms of opiates. They can subject you to a stint in Alternative School, and all those permissions your parents fill out in the first of the year cover drug testing as well as many other things...

Actually, if the police get involved, you can be cited for "posession via consumption". Google it. But the thing is, it's against your 4th ammendment rights. Just be like, "do you have a warrant?" They're not going to go through the trouble of talking to a judge because they have bigger problems to worry about. Like teachers fucking in the handicapped stall of the girl's bathroom.

 

I seriously doubt they will have you do random drug tests, and you will get in trouble if you are caught with it in your system, but the only way that will happen is if you act like a moron while you are high. Suspension/phone call home is the minimal you will get. Expulsion/police report is the worst.

 

In the USA using marijuana is illegal, he said he's in the USA so you're statement is incorrect.

 

It won't really be illegal anymore in Cali on January 1st.

But on topic; where I'm from, if you are under the suspicion of drug use, a test can be administered. I don't think truly random tests can be conducted without serious objection from parents and other figures. It might be illegal as well.

I don't think they can randomly walk in your school and ask you to piss in a cup so they can check you for drugs. In order for that to occur, they'd need to actually find Marijuana on you.
