Malpas banned

I live in a condo with over 800 appartments, could that impacted my 'ban envasion bonnie'? I've never used sythe before...

 

I've been accused and banned for being someone called bonnie. I have no idea who this person is and the only reason I can think of is that I've been mistaken to be this user is that I used public wifi, for example the nearest gym I go to, and the wifi available for some parts of the condo I live in, which there is over 800 apartments. I'd like my appeal my ban because I believe I was incorrectly banned.
