Bursting rock lobsters depending on if you're a pure with prayer or not.
Get full battle robes+sol+arcane stream+arcane SS if possible, pick up charms. It's around 150k xp an hour if I'm not mistaken.

Bursting the skeletons on ape atoll is pretty fast xp.

Cost should be around 25-30m i believe, maybe less.

Yeah, it shoudl give you 94 maybe more, i'm not sure i bursted back in july.
And 1k burts=400 charms since you're using battle robes, so just do the math

 

last question:
how many bursts tell atleast 94 mage, thinking of going to 96summon aswell

 

around 11k ruens, which will give you 22k bursts. Which leads to conclude it'll probably be 15mish for 94.

Stun Alching. Find a nice safespot, and stun then alch. Stun alch. Or go soulwars, join a clan there and ice burst. Both mad exp.

Bursting isn't the cheapest, nor the best exp.

Stringing gold amulets is 115k exp/h at a loss of 3.74 gp/exp.

 

soulwars is cheapest fastest and best.
