Mage to Range

right now i have a level 34 with 50 magic and every other stat besides hits are 1. if i want to make her into a range pure, would i just train the range up really high or start a new account with lower magic? this is f2p

 

50 magic is a little high for f2p unless you plan on getting fire blast

 

ok so i should just make a new char and get high range? like i only wanted to get like 70 range but then how much magic should i get ( or prayer, att, str, or def)

 

No need for a new account, the extra mage might come in usefull if you want to range/fireblast. If you want a range PKer I'd suggest 70 range, with 40 attack and max out on str (so you don't go up any more combat levels). Some prefer range/mage like I do though, it depends on your personall PKing preference, I think taking melee is more effective vs other pures, whilst mage can help more vs people in rune.

Anyway, keep that account and just train range.

 

ok so i should just get 70 range. and prolly 53 magic for fire blast. will there be any need for atk str or def if im just a mage/ranger
