    If I have 95mage would getting 99 mage any difference to my hits? Thanks

    I don't think so. I'm pretty sure mage bonus only effects magic hits.. (unless they've recently changed it)

    Yes, it increases magic accuracy and magic defense. I'd say the lvls are actually rather important if u want any chance @ winning.

    I've always understood mage to be that in order for your spell to have the best chance of hitting that you need to be 5 lvls above the required spell. 99 mage for ice barrage for example
