macroing

okay so im sure everyone has heard some type of story with how the banning systems have chaged or people are being unbanned or botting is no long a perm ban or a bunch of other stuff.

i have had a pending appeal for a few weeks now on a char that was banned a few years back. it says something about expirery N/A and there is no evidence blah blah blah..

so anyways i was woundering if someone EDUCATED on this issue can set me straight and tell me what exactly is going on and weather or not botting is just a temp ban or are they letting you appeal as many times as you want but still end up in a perm ban ect.

botting is permanent, as jagex considers it a too serious offence to let it expire.

only chance you have to be unbanned is if you successfully appeal it, or by posting in that account review thread when in reopens.

 

I appealed and they denied it after like a month. So, I doubt you'll get unbanned.
