Macroing Severe

I was charged with macroing severe today and was permanently banned. I'd like to know how i should go about becoming unbanned. Who should i talk to, what should i say? Thanks

 

If permanent, I think your best bet is to phone or email Jagex to contest the ban. I would recommend asking for forgiveness, as they likely have enough evidence that you were botting. You can also try using the in-site appeal tool but from what I've heard it is seemingly ignored by Jagex recently.

If temporary, just wait it out and be more careful next time.

People offer unbanning services (wouldn't recommend), but your best bet is to contact them personally. Either way you're probably toast.
