    My account was banned 2 years ago, I already used my second appeal and I posted in the BAR thread with no reply. It won't let me use his name but it says the account isn't ranked in the high scores when I had 3-4 99's.

    Is there any chance I'll get the account back?

    Email the jagex parent email, and they will reply saying you can do this and this and pay us basicly to get your account unlocked.
