Luring Team.

I'm Recruiting People for a Luring Team,
We will Do Lures such as:
Varrock Drags,
Castle(haven't done for a while, not sure if people still fall for it)
Mage bank(to agility place or scorp pit.)

Many more as i think of them.

Now it comes to the reqs, If you don't have the stats you can always be FA =p
What will you do?
Mage lvl?
Range lvl?
Attck lvl?
Str lvl?
def lvl?
are u pure?
Combat lvl?
Need 90+ Cmb
