Lure guide (Not Mine)

This lure guide is totally free and just something before we start : I DID NOT CREATE THIS.
The lure is simple enough , all you need is YOURSELF and just you , no killer waiting in wildy or anything , anyway...

Prefrably have ancients and dds or high hitting weapon , good mage or range armour or anything with a good bonus ... When i did it i took dds and mystic and runes for burst .... Or mellee armour should be fine but if they start running you can't really do much about it so if you can take mystic and runes.

Basicly , go around a busyish world looking for people about up to 5 higher lvl than you and 10 below so say i was lvl 80 you would go 70 - 85 .... Once you seen someone that's in your radious , check out what they are wearing , if they have a rare item on then your in luck! Now go up to them and say this:

You: Hey , i was wondering if i could kill you in wildy with just your rare on so you don't lose anything , and i'll attack you , and of course i'll pay you.
You: It's for a pk vid which i'm putting on youtube , i'll dedicate the credits to you.
Them: Ok
You:*Give them 20k*.
Them: Thanks.
You: Ok let's go *Take them too wildy at varrock* Ok here we are , I'm starting recording .
Them:Ok
You: Alright i'll attack you then... wait have these , this is not for scamming me *give them 100 lobs* Friends?
Them: Sure
You: Right i'll kill you now , thanks for this *Use a freezing spell then 2 dds specs then again freezing spell then rest of dds specs* Thanks.
*Pick up the rare item and smile to yourself.

The reason you get the rare item is due to the fact that rare item's are worth barely anything in general stores ... Like santa hats are 64gp.

Well, I can see this Lure being used on 5-8 year old's no offence but this is a dried up and withered away lure everyone knows about it..but good effort none the less.

 

not like anyone would do that even for a pking vid.. not for 20k.. lols..

 

This is pretty much like the whip lure, except you're luring a rare item and you give them 100 lobs. It's not too clever, most people know about it.

 

It's not common at all , and a lot of people will let you kill them for 20k
