I'd have to go with the average value of gold since that was the form of payment used to purchase the account (as it appears you bought elsewhere and used that gold from there). The average gold rate during May of 2019 was around .60-.65 cents per mill, so lets say .625/m in the middle, which would make the amount owed $168.75 (270*.625). This would be rounded to $169 owed. I've approved this and added it to the list. Best of luck with the rolls @lucasG!
