Low level Def nubs?

Hey, I was pking awhile ago, and I see quite a bit low level def nubs. (level 25, wearing full rune, steel scim). I was thinking, is this just for the lols? Or could it be fun to pk with? ^_^ I'm thinking of making one for fun, what are your opinions?

 

I know nothing about pking so I am not one to give advice or say anything is good or bad.
But i guess it would be kinda fun just watching them hit you and do very little damage.

you'll never get a kill with low combat and high defence unless you do the dragonfire shield and summon familiar garbage

I have a level 53 with 40def 60rng and 85str it's kinda fun to pk with range and obby maul.
Dont get many kills though, because everyone eats at 50
