    lol wat's wrong with doing diet lol? I lost around 15 kilo without doing any exercise

    well i unno, but i called my friend a Faggot for like 4 months because he started a diet and ate only Rabbit food for like 3 weeks.

    men do Treadmills, men do not compromise on what they eat :cool:

    Okay as some others have said do not skip meals as it will put your body into survival mode storing all calories.

    Try and eat a small breakfast, low fat oatmeal or an apple. Lunch is the hardest meal of the day for me, but try an eat low fat yogurt and some protein like tuna or ham.

    I know its kind of expensive, but for dinner I usually eat a healthy choice meal or have egg whites, or Bocca(sp) burgers which are super low calorie meat free burgers.

    Now for exercise, do not start lifting at first, start by doing cardio. Begin by walking around your block for 1.5-2 miles. then try to run and then walk. Eventually you should be able to jog the whole time and the weight will melt off. Hope I helped:)

    As Magic Arrow said. But also just do som crunches and stuff, I remember playing football in highschool, Coach would make us do 150 crunches everyday after workouts, our linemen shrinked down quite a few pounds. And if you have access to a gym, don't be embarassed go see if they have any free trainers that could work with you maybe once a week.

    Life light weights. It will build muscle, as well as definition, while trimming the fat.
    Also skip the latest meal of the day, or eat 4-5 small meals rather than 3 regular portioned meals.

    Alternatively, you could run, job, or any other form of cardio. It will also decrease your blood pressure, which is also a plus.

    WRONG! Your body burns muscle before fat, so you can lose all your muscle and still be a blubber boat. You might weigh less, but you will still be made of fat.

    My suggestion? Sleep very little, wake up late, don't eat breakfast, for lunch eat like a small bag of baked potato chips, the "Fat Free" kind, with a drink. Try to avoid soda. For dinner, eat a nice dinner. Steak, ribs, pork, other kinds of meat, a vegetable, and a starch.

    I have actually been losing weight doing it like this, I was 147 lbs a few weeks ago-3-4 weeks- and now I'm at 132, and since I play hockey I think I've been gaining a nice bit of muscle.

    Oh, also Finn told me to stop eating for like 2 days and I did. I dropped like 2-3 lbs.

    Bad idea. You need sleep to function.

    Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you skip breakfast, you tend to overeat for lunch and dinner.

    That's extremely dangerous. If Finn told you to jump off a bridge, would you do it?

    I think not.

    My reasoning behind the no sleep + no breakfast, if stay up all night, you will be tired. If you don't eat, you wont give a damn because you will be tired. You will literally ignore your hunger. I sleep on average 2-3 hours a night. I have bad insomnia though. And I don't care, Finn said it would help, and shit was happening. And your stomach isn't supossed to hold alot of food. If you eat like 2 bags of baked chips, fat free, thats like 300-400 calories, + mineral water, that can fill you up sufficiently to make it to the end of the day, for your Dinner. Dinner should be significantly larger. I usually have Steak, potatos, and broccoli. Thats a normal dinner for me.

    -Edit- A. Breakfast is not the most important. Studys have shown that it can actually put you back into a drowsy sleep-like state if you eat breakfast. It relaxes you, knowing your stomach has food in it, and you wont be hungry. And, sleep is important? No. I function well with 2-3 hours of sleep. And I would listen to Finn is my judgement said it's a good idea. I really wasn't harmed at all during my no-eating streak.

    That's doesn't lessen the fact it's extremely dangerous.

    That's the worst method to lose weight. Meat is not the worst, however, potatoes contain an extreme amount of starch. Starch is what sticks the fat to your body. When you eat that kind of food at night, you aren't active, thus gaining weight.

    Err, I'm extremely active at night. My hockey practice starts at 8:30 and lasts until 10:30.

    And wheres the proof breakfast is important? None? Thanks. Wheres the proof that it's "Dangerous" to not sleep? And how is insomnia your "proof"?

    Unless you can provide me with this, I see your arguement as invalid, and worthless.

    I see no proof that breakfast isn't important, as well I see no proof on how it's not dangerous to lack sleep.

    Unless you can provide me with this, I see your argument as invaid, and worthless.

    Heres the thing. If you were to google this, I'm sure you'd see what everyone else sees. This is because low sleep and not eating breakfast are looked upon in a negative way. If you were to conduct a real experiment, and used people who had similar personalitys/reactions to sleep, I'm sure you'd see.

    Oh and I forgot to mention weigh yourself on a good solid scale after you use the restroom before you eat your first meal of the day to get the most accurate reading.

    I am slightly taller than you and weigh just about the same..... Lol... I have always wanted to get fitter, but I just never was able to stay on it... I dun really care...

    TIPS:

    1. Cut snack food, desert ect. Have a salad or an apple or something...
    2. Jump rope, sit ups, stretching, jumping jacks.... Good things... No need to leave your room...
    3. No soda either... No cheese either... or small amounts.... Dun put it on your sandwich every day...

    Never starve your self....... >.<.... But, if you do..... Start eating normally again over like a week or you will gain weight back faster than shit.... your body stores most of the food you eat after you starved for awhile... you also can get sick as shit.... :/

    Please note, if you are going to eat salads instead of junk food, DONT USE DRESSING! With the dressing, you're talking your calories right back up. I suggest putting a small amount of dressing in a little bowl, and sticking your fork in it-so the prongs of it are barely coated with it- and than eating your salad. Never drizzle it on the salad though, it defeats the purpose.

    I definitely agree. Most salad dressings are loaded with fat. Pure fat too, not the fat you need.

    If anything, use those 'salad spritzers.'
