Looking for website coder

Would like a working shop, forums, admin CP, blog post cp, ect.

Looking to pay maybe $11/hr negotiable though.

Must have past work that you can show me and be avalible to chat via skype or msn. Trustworthiness on sythe is a good bonus too.

A graphics artist will be making the .psd and you will be coding them in for each page as i am lead to beleive. At the moment i'm thinking about 3-5 links.
