Looking for starter main.

Basically looking for a main i can start up Requirements:

Must have membership
No recovs/email
Must have decent quest points ( including b gloves dt and such)
a bit of starting cash, like 200-500k is fine.

Apart from that levels dont really matter to me, but a nice total level is more inspiring.
