Looking for RS3 bots

Hi,
My knowledge of RS3 botting is not very good so if it is not possible to create these bots I apologise.
We are in need of 3 different types of bots:

1. If possible I would like a bot that runs in the background spamming a message and then notifying me when players respond to the message with a certain format.

2. I would like a scout bot that finds and records players that wear certain items.

3. Just a simple spam bot that I can run in the background that repeats the same message.
