looking for particular stats

Well I just got into a wreck on my motorcycle so it looks like I'll be on RS for the majority of the summer now...
I'm interested in purchasing an 08 account strictly for PK and I'd like it's stats similar to my old account
I'm looking for:
Very trusted seller!! IMPORTANT!!
75-90 range
40 or less def
65-80 hp
75-85 mage
52 or less prayer (prefer close or at 52)

attack and strength aren't a big deal, whatever is done on those is cool as long as it doesn't affect the combat level!

I will be honest and say that I'm pretty serious but not in a major rush to buy, more curious then anything at this point.
Paypal, or other $$ methods are acceptable
cash & items will be preferred but not needed as I can outsource on this site
