Looking for obby

As thread states looking for a obby to work on.

Budget is around 200m
Looking for
-quested (don’t want to have to quest or pay for questing)
- 55 slayer is the most important one for me as I don’t have time to gain little xp per week if I only play 10-15 hours a week
-not a crazy high str lvl as id liked to enjoy the lower pking bracket as I get use to my obby, but not the biggest deal breaker

Feel free to pm me, will reply to all, and if I like what your offering we can continue conversation on discord!
