Looking for Development Team

I am going to keep this short and sweet.

I am starting a new project and I am in need for a development team! I'm looking for dedicated people who will get work done and meet deadlines. Anyone who believes that they have something to offer can get into contact with me as soon as possible. EX; Graphic designers, web developers, etc. I am looking for experienced people only, please do not waste my time if you are not experienced.

Information regarding the type of project. -->

As far as the server goes, I am looking to create an Old-school Runescape based server. This will include raids, inferno, etc. But I also want to add some special features to make the server stand out.
