I want my 12.35m on my 90 to go my lvl 3.
However, as this is not possible, i need someone else to transfer
12.35m to my lvl 3 skiller via bounty hunter low crater, and then
for you to have an account suitable for mid crater for me to bh you
the 12.35m from my main.

I could do it without bounty hunter if you want. Involves the party room but it is more secure. It also takes longer but does that matter?

this is now impossible now because of the recent update, also because you won't be level 3 after trading since you must kill the other person which will level you. Also killing the other person is also practically impossible seeing as most transfer accounts have defense.

I have a transfer business and seriously no one will get this done for you unless you level the account or something. If anyone does offer to do this with the current account stats they are most likely scamming =/

EDIT: and yea party room would prob be best, but slow.

No. Maybe about 200k max thats only if you get the odd noob or two. But it can take along time. maybe a couple of hours with the amount you are transfering.

You could get a Low crater clan to protect you and you stand in middle of them spread out around them, or dd with them. But if you get attacked on the way TO the clan your screwed.
If not try that, then Party room doing Runelegs would be an awesome idea. But kids show up outta nowhere there sometimes, and you'll lose some. Or get friends to help.
