I Need a Partner willing to help me create a new Runescape private server.

I will be in charge of the website/forums and creating the webclient and the client. V-Bulletin will be payed for by me so no worries about that.

The following things are what I need done by my partner ( Whoever that may be ).

1. Code a server
2. Run the server
3. Be active
4. Show commitment

If you cannot do any of the following then don't even bother me. I have no time for that.
