    Looking for a trusted person, meaning a person with vouches for getting capes, to do my cape for 4m.

    All i can afford is welfare gear so i'd like to know what i need to buy for that and the inventory.

    Levels: 83 ranged, 88 defense, 89 hp, 60 prayer
