I know that some people are against the whole idea of us selling guides because we are 'user educators' and the whole moral thing etc. As of this moment, user education is obsolete. No one uses to guides and we are helping around 0% of the users on sythe. People are applying to simply get the rank.
If the only real problem you have is that it goes against the whole user education thing and the rank including 'user' in it, well let it be known that user education may just be disbanded, deleted, appropriate-euphemism. If you guys really have a problem with the 'user' part in the rank, we'll just take it away.

This whole thing ONLY came about because guides were going to waste. Right now, the site needs cash. We can get cash.

We can re-open user education if enough of you want it to be. We won't be selling guides, and things will return to business as normal - if you can call it 'business'.
The only thing left to do is vote.

 

Or, when someone asks a tech support problem, you can just link it to the guide. For example, someone wants to know about how to skin their MSN, you can link to the guide. Honestly, I don't think you should be a business.

if its for the site.. well thats a different story.

deacon is just makin 1000 word threads how no1 respects him and getting paid for guides makes him feel like a man.

It's slightly for the site. Unless you wanna donate it all, and that'll be better for you, choose as you which.

We're still UE's because we answer questions asked... and Someone mentioned making a section for UE's to post free guides..??

 

I could care less at this point, I would wrather donate my money that I make from mming than make guides and sell them. But I still think its a good idea since I was the one who kind of enlightend everyone on how little people use the guides. Though it defenatly wasn't started by my words.

 

i vote no, for reasons stated on the phase 2 thread. If u want to make money create a free site with free hosting, and sell guides there to get money.
