Locked Thread Sticky

Put a sticky in the Dispute Forum called something like "Locked thread mishap?"

Something like that.

There has been a lot of randomly locked threads.

 

If they did that there would be no use for the dispute forum would there?

The dispute forum is mainly used for ban and infraction appeals.

This would just create less fuss for those who decide to post lock appeals
