   hey jagex locked an account i just bought and i dont realy got any info on it so whats my chances of getting it unlocked? and i cant get in contact with tis person

   Impossible, Unless you know recoverys and first pass.
   
   Obviously the account was stolen then sold to you. I would report person to sythe if you brought off sythe.
