    Lol. Better find a better way to formulate that, and show your part in this. Now it's just to easy to see that you are saying 'you do the work I'll take a part of it and I won't really do anything.' Sure, these things exist but at least try harder.

    Why can't we just make our OWN service and take 100% of the payment, its not like your earning more.

    If they are still doing all the work, why wouldn't they just sell it themselves to recieve all the payment? Your going to have to come up with some kind of incentive for the employees to actually want to join.

    well the point would be him setting us up with good jobs (lots of customers) and to build a reputable service. Unfortunately, he does not have the reputation on sythe to back this type of business.
