I've got about half a handle that's sat a while, just too sweet. Got any mixes that make it more tolerable?

I used to love it, bought a handle enjoyed about a 3rd of it before the sweetness got unbearable. Thinking about giving of away!

If you're looking for something to make it not-so-sweet, I'm not too sure off the top of my head.

One mix that I found is like a match made in heaven though (in my opinion) is Mountain Dew Code Red. The flavor profiles blend very well. Maybe you can give that a shot if you're a fan of code red.

Ot: Used to be a veteran when it came to drinking soco... Now i cant stomach how sweet it is anymore. Friendly heads up dont ever drink it in your car, spill, leave a empty bottle open on the floor and, have your windows down. I went to a keg party back in the day and got hammered. Came home the next morning took a shower and ate. When i went to leave a few hours later i noticed my floor of my car was moving..... did a double take and realzied it was bee's. Thousands of them! Wherever people spilled was solid bee's and the open empty bottle was completely full as well. It took like 45 minutes and several bee stings later to get them out. I ended up saying fuck it and busted out the hose drenching my car. I then fire drilled jumped in and hauled ass. I watched bee's fly out of my open window for miles. Even 5 miles away at the 7/11 when i stopped finally they were still a few stragglers. ... Boy did my neighbors and dad get a good laugh watching me struggle.

I used to mix it with coke and loved it for a long time. However i had a spree were i would use mountain dew but that was a sweet explosion. No way id try that now, havent touched soco in like 6 years... hell ive probably only drank 25 times in 6 years. Though i do see a wee bit more in my future considering probation

 

Lol, fair enough. I don't know of any mixes you could use that would make it less sweet unfortunately. You could scour the net though, I'm sure you could find something that would at least make it tolerable enough for you to finish off the handle you have.
