Led Zeppelin was considered to be one of the very first heavy metal bands, and they are practically the soul inspiration of most modern rock bands, so you can't exactly say they're overrated without saying the same about bands such as AC/DC, Pink Floyd, Guns n Roses, and so the list goes on. And if you say AC/DC or any of the bands I mentioned are overrated, you need some priorities sorted out.

But trust me, there are alot of people in the world who would prefer Ska > Led Zeppelin.

To be honest, if you say that Streetlight Manifesto, Reel ********, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, The Aquabats, The Slackers, The Toasters, Save Ferris, etc.. are overrated, then you need some priorities sorted out.

Led zepplin is pretty good, known for creating the best rock song - Stair Way to Heaven. Other than that to me there just pretty good.

Hey, you can have whatever opinion you want, fine by me... It's just that zeppelin was one of the bands that basically "gave birth" to metal and back then their music was HUGE, basically because back then music was more of a "big deal." All the members of the band have incredible musical ability, and basically they are just epic. If you don't like them, ehh, you're missing out but that's ok, just explaining why they are so popular.

And I dont say any of those bands are overrated, because they are relatively rated pretty bad, just how it should be. Overrated by you, probably, but as a whole, they're pretty much where they should be.

And you didn't ask for the whole, we were talking about my opinion, and you insulting my opinion. I'm aware that the USA, as a whole, loves LZ. Just look at this thread, but we were talking about my opinion and how I should go and kill myself because I think they are not that good.
